So you think you might qualify for my Award of Excellence?

Here are the requirements...

I'm really not that picky

and I am very open minded

but here are some rules

Please read ALL the rules to see if you are eligible before you apply.

1.	This is my award, made by me. I reserve
	the right to deny it to anyone for any reason I see fit!
2.	You must have and maintain your own website.
3.	Your website must be current and up to date
4.	Absolutely No Porn, Hate, Racism etc.
	(you know what I mean)
5.	Your site must be unique and individual
6.	No pay or business sites
7.	No million pop-ups allowed
	(that can't be controlled by pop-up stoppers)
8.	You can't cry and whine if you don't get the award
9.	You must be patient, I get many mails a day and need time to check your site and see if you are worthy :)
10.	Sites must be in English or Spanish to be considered, sorry but I don't read any other languages
11.	Sites containing comet cursor, any 'spyware" or any programs that automatically attach themselves to my browser/computer will not be considered, so please don't waste my time and yours.
