What can I say about my cruise experience?

While this was my first cruise and aboard a Carnival™ Cruise, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!  The ship personnel were so nice! Even though we took the cheapest price we could find, we were treated excellently!  The room was cute, small but big enough that we were alright.  The kids (19 and 14) slept in upper bunks that folded down from the walls, while hubby and I slept in lower bunks.  We all slept separately, which wasn't as bad as it sounds LOL  Every night our steward, Nam, turned down our bedding and left us a chocolate, as well as a cute little animal made from towels!

There were plenty of activities for us, Bingo, Vegas style shows, shopping, arcades, spa treatments, casino, internet cafe...

The food - how can I say this... was awesome!  Now should you go on a cruise yourself, please be prepared to eat every 3 hours! LOL  A cruise is no place for dieters! LOL Actually  though, one could remain on a diet by following the 'Spa' menu offerings, very tasty, low cal and healthful!

There is lots of walking, so be prepared.  The port towns are clean and just lovely!  Prices aren't really as bad as expected either.

Deck space to tan was very hard to find.  Even though you are asked not to reserve seats, it goes on and deck chairs are few and far between.  Pools were smaller than expected and we didn't swim, but there was a lot of other things to do anyway.

Be sure to watch the ship info channel, you'll learn lots of helpful things there!

I'll be adding more info on my experience as I think of things I wanted to cover.
Right now, even a month later, I am still in awe! :)
We have booked a Christmas cruise in a top of the line cabin!! I am so excited!!  This means we have our own private balcony, whirlpool tub, larger beds, etc. :)
